Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey completed on March 17, 2022 , Interim Healthcare of Uniontown, was found to have corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of
42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare Recertification and State Re-licensure survey completed on December 8, 2021.
